A graduate from Wayne State University, Danielle proudly supports her clients with a warm and motivating approach to her work as both a social worker and paediatric sleep consultant! Danielle has a passion for perinatal mental health & support, supporting families as they navigate the challenges of parenthood, ensuring they get the much needed support they deserve.
Danielle's personal and professional experience has led to her becoming a strong clinician, and leader. Danielle specializes in perinatal mental health and has extensive experience working with individuals and families facing a wide array of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and low self-worth as well as individuals and couples navigating parenthood. She also provides support for couples navigating the complexities of co-parenting, whether they are together, separated or divorced.
She specializes in supporting the perinatal population using modalities like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and various mindfulness based approaches to help reduce stress, handle pain more effectively and create a rich and meaningful life. Danielle works well with clients who are tired of feeling stuck in their lives, and have a strong desire to move forward. Her empathy, authenticity and candor assist in creating a safe environment for healing and growth.

Emily knows that life can feel overwhelming, whether you’re a teen navigating social pressures, a young adult wrestling with self-doubt, or someone simply trying to feel good in your own skin. As a Master of Social Work graduate, she specializes in helping teens and adults tackle disordered eating, body image struggles, anxiety, and depression with a mix of expertise, empathy, and a little bit of humor to lighten the load.

Her approach is all about meeting you where you are. Whether you're ready to dive deep or just need someone to remind you that you’re not alone, Emily combines evidence-based tools like cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and acceptance strategies to help you regain control and rediscover your strengths. She also brings a unique focus on the connection between mental health and nutrition, empowering you to feel better both inside and out.
When she’s not in session, you can find Emily managing mom life, or binge-watching reality TV for “self-care” (read: judging other people’s drama while ignoring her laundry pile).

Ellen is a Master of Social Work graduate from Wayne State University. With nearly a decade of experience working in child welfare, Ellen is passionate about helping families navigate the complex emotions and challenges that come with significant life transitions. Whether you’re facing divorce, separation, custody arrangements, co-parenting struggles, or the blending of families, Ellen is here to guide you toward stability and healing.
Ellen’s approach is grounded in compassion, expertise and a focus on creating solutions tailored to your unique family dynamic. Ellen uses various modalities including cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectic behavioural therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Ellen specializes in fostering positive communication, reducing conflict and supporting parents as they build healthy environments for their children during times of change.
In addition to Ellen’s work in child welfare, she has completed New Ways for Families trainings through the High Conflict Institute, a method designed to reduce conflict and promote resilience within families. Ellen also offers reunification counseling to help parents and children rebuild trust and connection after periods of estrangement.

Perinatal Mental Health Therapist and Reiki Master. My journey into motherhood has been deeply transformative, fueling my passion for helping mothers navigate the challenges of trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
My personal and professional experiences have shaped me into a dedicated clinician and leader in maternal mental health. I specialize in supporting mothers and families facing a wide range of challenges, including birth and reproductive trauma, grief and loss, postpartum adjustment, and rediscovering a sense of self. I also guide couples through the emotional complexities of co-parenting and postpartum relationships.
I use a holistic and integrative approach, combining evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) with Reiki Healing and mindfulness practices. This allows me to support clients in reducing stress, managing emotional pain, and cultivating meaningful, fulfilling lives.
My authenticity, empathy, and ability to meet clients where they are provide a safe and empowering environment for growth, healing, and connection. I am especially passionate about fostering community for mothers through Mama Circles, Mama and Me Circles, and Mama Loss Circles, creating spaces for shared experiences and support.

Kyana is a doctoral-level clinician. With over 10 years of experience as a mental health professional, she has extensive experience working with children, youths, and adults with a variety of issues such as ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, Body Dysmorphia, Low Self-Esteem, Emotional Dysregulation, Behavioral Issues, Grief/Loss, Stress/Burnout, Adjustment/Life transitions, difficulties with Relationships/Assertiveness, and parent consultation. In the past 3 years, her personal experiences as a mother to an amazing neurodiverse child motivated her to primarily focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals/families.
Kyana works from a compassionate and client-centred lens, utilizing evidence-based integrative approaches in a safe, nurturing nonjudgmental space. Together, you work to create a pathway to break the patterns that keep you stuck and make sense of the well-meaning patterns to help you develop effective coping skills, alleviate your symptoms, and improve your quality of life and overall well-being. She draws upon the client’s strength to reinforce personal resources and build resiliency.
She is also an adjunct professor, in addition to being in clinical practice. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, travelling, listening to music, binge-watching Medical or True Crime series, and figuring out what it means to “relax.”
